Hassle Free Returns/Exchanges

At UnsFineCrafts.com, we understand that there are many reasons why one may choose to return or exchange an item. As such, we want to make your return experience as pleasant as possible. Any customer wishing to return an item to UnsFineCrafts.com must send notification within 7 days of receipt. Simply contact us at uns@unsfinecrafts.com. Once your email is received, we will provide with detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the item(s) back to us. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. As such, we would appreciate any customer wishing to return or exchange an item to provide us with the following details:

1. The Order Number(s) related to the item(s) that you wish to return.

2.The Reason(s) why you wish to return the item(s).

3.Finally, what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item(s), i.e. Store Credit, a different item (exchange), or refund.

Moreover, the returned items should meet the following returns criteria:

Conditions of Return

1. The items must be in the same condition they arrived in.

Important Note

1. Returns of items with free shipping will be refunded the total amount minus the shipping and handling fees for standard orders.
2. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, only the amount the item minus a restocking fee of 15% of the items price.
3. Custom and Bespoke orders cannot be returned due to the personalized specifications with which they are made.
4. In the event of exchanges, the customer must pay for return shipping of the original product, as well as the shipping charge of the replacement product.
